How do I check my order status?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order ships. 

Can I edit or cancel my order?
Email us at info@gfasports.store within 12 hours of placing your order. You cannot edit an order but you can cancel it.

When will my order arrive?

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (U.S. only)

Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet—we currently ship only within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

Order has not arrived on the given date?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, first check your tracking number for any updates. Common issues include:

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Customs holds (for international orders)

  • Missed delivery attempts

My order says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors or your local carrier. Still missing? Contact us and we’ll figure it out.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for only unused and unworn items.

How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at info@gfasports.store with your order number and reason. We’ll provide next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse and have inspected and approved the returned item(s)

Are your products sport-specific?
Our gear is designed for multi-sport athletes, especially football and training.

How do I clean my gear?
Spot clean with mild soap and cold water. Avoid machine washing to preserve materials.
